I’m a devotee of popsicles, I earnestly love them moreover, without popsicles Summer wouldn’t be the same, never the less I don’t like my popsicles with the full high hyper level sugar rush that usually comes with supermarket popsicles, sweet treats must be sweet but not excessively sweet at least for me, and apart from everything I also believe that desserts or in this case frozen treats can be healthy for us just like these Raspberry, Yogurt & Granola Popsicles.
These Raspberry, Yogurt & Granola Popsicles satisfy those Summer cravings for something refreshing, tangy and sweet at the same time, quelling all my needs, and really it’s all about that natural sweetness in the fruits we choose to eat, for me if what you’re tasting is sugar then you just wasted a good batch of fresh strawberries, raspberries, cherries or any fruit you love, I hope this makes sense to you as much as it makes sense to me… n_n
These tasty Raspberry, Yogurt & Granola Popsicles offer diverse textures for the palate, first we have the sweet-tart in raspberries that at least for me is enough, then we have the tangy and creamy yogurt and last but not least -drum rolls- the crunchy granola, nom nom this is the thing that my summery dreams are made of…hahaha :P
You can mix several berries or fruits in it, you can swap jam for honey or even add stevia instead, or you can blend all ingredients and have all the flavors at once, you can go wild with popsicles, really! And these Raspberries, Yogurt & Granola Popsicles are super light, and the best option for sweeten your day and enjoy yourself!
