Trifles Special


This week we said goodbye to the summer break, that's why I bring you with these three delicious and easy dessert, simple to make and store, to take with you wherever you go, whether a field day with friends, or to the office.

A trifle is more than a layered dessert, consisting of a cream, cake or biscuit and fruit or chocolate, the layers are well marked for display to serve, it´s cute and even they seem somewhat complicated, they are not.


Brownie Trifle 

Soft Brownie, vanilla pudding, strawberries, mortally rich combination.

Ingredients

    • Brownie 
    • 500 grams of vanilla pudding (Jell-o) 
    • 250 grams of strawberries 

    In a large jar or cups crumble the brownie, then cover with a dollop of cream and sliced ​​strawberries, repeat the process until you reach the top of the jar.

    Mango Trifle

    Mango, yogurt and soft pancake, a refreshing combination.

    Ingredients

    • 2 ripe mangoes, chopped 
    • 550 grams of coconut yogurt 
    • 50 grams of grated coconut 
    • 250 grams of vanilla muffin

    Crumble the pancake into two bowls, then cover with a little coconut, follow with a layer of yogurt and finally add the chopped mango.

    To complete this special trifles, a classic ... Tiramisu, I love it and this version is super fast, zero hassle or trouble.


    Tiramisu Trifle 

    Vanilla biscuits, coffee, chocolate and vanilla cream.

    Ingredients

    • 200g of mascarpone cheese 
    • 1/4 cup of whipped cream 
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla 
    • Icing sugar to taste 
    • 1 package of vanilla biscuits
    • 1/2 cup of coffee (espresso)
    • 250 grams of grated dark chocolate

    1. Beat the mascarpone cheese with whipped cream, vanilla and sugar to taste. Reserve. 
    2. Soak the biscuits in coffee. 
    3. Place in a bowl the biscuit layer, then a little cream, cover with chocolate, repeat until you reach the edge of the bowl. 
    4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
