One of my favorite deserts is the lemon Pie, I think it’s because I’m a lot like a lemon pie, It’s sweat, but the first thing you taste is the acidity of the lemon, them the cream and the crust to balance the whole thing and making it perfect, not that I’m perfect, but I’ve been told I’m a bit acid, it may be because I like to say what I think, even though sometimes it is not the best thing to do (hahaha), but well, not much I can do about it, so how are you?
This lemon pie was made to enjoy the flavor explosion of the lemon but without being overwhelming, I tough of a way to make a delicious desert even more tasty, so I added a touch of cream cheese and I softened the flavor by changing the limes for Meyer lemons, instead of the classic crowned meringue I added whipped cream scented with vanilla and to add an even fresher touch, I added some blueberries that combine perfectly with the lemon flavor.
A classic desert with a flavor twist, with even more flavor and freshness to the equation.
